Ordered 3 sets of Pasta Pots. Check cleared my bank January 13, 2003. Cannot get right telephone number to check status of order.Tried all day 02-18-03 on one number and it was busy.

I was very persisent with Tristar, kept sending e-mails to GwenJ@tristar.com,called her, told her I wanted my money back. She told me they make out refund checks on Monday's and I had called just in time. I e-mailed her again to make sure I was going to get my refund. Got an e-mail back telling me check number and check was made out on 03-04-03. I received it yesterday, 03-17-03. Address on check is: Tristar Products, Smart News Shopper Refund Account, P.O. Box 5012, Wallingford, Connecticut 06494. Hope this information will help you.
