In the Titan advert on TV, the demonstration video
does NOT show
a. the use of the V-shape cutter on, eg - citrus crowns
NOR
b. how to make, eg - the melon berry basket
both of the above are shown in the Titan *step-by-step garnishing guide*.
It would appear impossible to cut through a grapefruit using the V-shape cutter, pretty though
the photograph appear.
