First I got a mail from them:
Dear Member

"Our fraud monitoring system detected a fraudulent activity from your account: it seems that you have created two accounts from the same computer in the purpose of abusing our bonus policy.

An investigation process was started and we have suspended your account, until we conclude this process."
After this I wrote them the following mail messages:
We play from the same computer because we are 3 families living in the same house. This is not a FRAUD. But the same could also happen in an Internet cafe.

You don't seem to be eager answering my mails: please answer my mail.

Hello,
I wrote to you twice before but I didn't get any answer.
Please read the whole mail !
You suspended my account sending me this message:

I have not opened 2 accounts: my son wanted also to play and opened an account. This is not a fraud. We want you to pay us the money we won.

I never got any answer to these mails.
