I was charged 14.95 charges for both MYIPRODUCT and TRIVOICE. I NEVER signed up for either of these!! They did an "IP trace" and stated it did indeed come from my home. NOT THE CASE AT ALL!!! These people are crooks!! I called 800-286-4455 and demanded they refund my account. I was told it will take 2-3 billing cycles. We'll see...
