Trophy Nissan/ Francisco Ramirez Sold me a vehicle and a week later took it back Mesquite Texas
On May 30, 2017, I went to Trophy Nissan, Francisco Ramirez was the salesman who took my information.Right away I was shown a 2013 Ford F-150 which we signed the paper work and gave a partial down. We were asked to make another trip on the next day and provide additional documents. We immediately obtained insurance and paid a deposit for insurance coverage. We drove it for a week and then we were contacted by Francisco Ramirez to take the truck back for an inspection. Francisco was not honest and we drove the truck to Trophy Nissan. There was no inspection scheduled they said my fiancé did not qualify because he only had an ID but I was the primary with a Texas driver license. We were taken the keys away and left with no way home. We had to find a way home. We seem to think it was all about commission! We were embarrassed and how about our time and the additional money we had to pay for insurance.
