Complaint Review: Tropical Automotive Wholesale

I purchased a car from Tropical Automotive and it was not at all as described, engine blew up first time driving it.
The car is a 1995 Pontiac Trans Am with only 47,000 miles on it, it was advertised as being completely original and in excellent shape. This car has been repainted black (originally was green) and the paint job is terrible at that, nothing was prepped and they literally painted over bugs on the from bumper and hood! I took the car immediately upon receiving it to have oil changed and all fluids inspected before driving it, on the drive home the engine blew up. I called Tony the owner and he told me he would take care of it by refunding me the full amount or paying to repair the engine. I spoke with them last in June of 2014, and Monica (I believe Tony's wife) assured me they would take care of this but they have since refused to answer my calls or respond to my emails. The mechanic believes that the engine was filled with heavy weight oil so it would run decent until the oil was changed so it was obviously a fraudulent sale. I would this complaint to be made public so that other people are aware of the scam this shop is running! Monica actually spoke with the automotive shop where the car is now and told them directly that they would pay to have it repaired or completely refund my money - nearly a year and still NOTHING FROM THEM.

I purchased this car on Ebay on April 8th 2014, item # 301143459643. The car is over 10years old so Ebay will do nothing to help me. This is the info they gave me when I bought it:
