March 9, 2009 we bought a 2000 Sea Fox from Ralph Smith @ Tropical Breeze Boats in Sanford Florida to be delivered to Tulsa Oklahoma. Ralph said everything worked on the boat and that both engines had been serviced and that the driver would have the titles.
He delivered a Legacy Sea Era not a Sea Fox, no titles after a year and nothing on the boat worked including BOTH engines.
He won't return our calls or emails, or answer to the BBB or Attny. Generals offices for Oklahoma or Florida.
He flat out lied about everything on this boat
Now he has it online again listed for sale, this time he is listing it as a Sea Fox Sea Era.
They are two (2) different boats, as any and everyone in the boating business KNOWS!!
