Complaint Review: Tropical Cleanse

 I came across an ad online which was linked to Melissa McCarthy who lost a significant of weight and they claim it was with their product. The ad offered a free trial for the cost of shipping of $4.95 each bottle Tropical Mango Cleanse and Tropical Garciana. I ordered both. However the shipment arrived at day, giving me absolutely no time to try the product. The package included no instructions absolutely no contact information only a city state and zip code. No website info or return info. I was unaware that they would be charging the full amount to my credit card on day 30 ! the day after I recieved the products my acct was charged $89 and $79 for both bottles. I immediately emailed and contacted the company to cancel any additional orders. I recieved a confirmation my order was cancelled and I recieved no further product other than the one bottle each of cleanse and Garciana . I was under the impression the first bottles were a free trial offer, however I never recieved a return of the monies charged on day 30 so I disputed the purchase with my bank. After 6 months the bank reversed their credit to me and I lost the dispute. I did not recieve the additional product I paid for, only the inital free trial which is NOT FREE ! this is false advertising .
