My mother's job received a MEMO FAX advertising a 6day, 5 Night trip to Cancun, Cabo, Jamaica, hawaii, or DR. for $99.

I call spoke to monique, who I will call MO, and, planned to book a trip to Jamaica for Next month. Mo informed me that this deal was closed, and that the company was only to see 400 of these pakages, but a different crew came in this morning and sold another 100, and they already sold 500 deals at this price.

Monique ask which location I was looking at?  (Jamaica)  Monique did Most of All the talking on the phone conversation.

Mo, says that Jamaica was sold out, place me on a 8 seond hold to speak to her supervisor who was leaving, & she claims that he told her to honor it.  I then ask about the FREE bonus of the 4 ay 3 night in Floria,k or the 3day in Miami, or 5 day Las vegas.

Mo, tells that's for the first 100 callers, only, and that i was not able to received that, then she place me on a 12 SECOND HOLD, to speak with the now Manager, (which I didn't hear her say anything). Mo came back and said that he told her to honor the whole package, and that the supervisier left for the day, and so that'it's back open, and she will book that for me as well.

I told her that I was booking for my mom. Mo then said that I can purchased any package and give it to anyone I choose, like it's no big deal.  Mo, then asked me how many people I'm booking for.  (only One).  Mo, said that she's not able to book a trip for only ONE person, because they only sold by 2 or 4 People ONLY.  (OKAY, I'LL BOOK FOR 2 PPL).

Monique then stated that with the two ppl, and service fee including tax my total wll be $298. Then proceed to ask for my card information, and that she accepts VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER.  I told her a what card I'll use.  But I needed to check online for the choice.  

Mo told me that I can get my money back 30 days, If I did not receive what was promised, or not satisfied with the trip.            I ask, is that 30 days after I book?  Mo, answer without listening.  YOUR HAVE 30 DAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, HOW MANY DAYS DO YOU NEED? I can still get my money back after the trip???  cause of her answer, Mo sounds confused as ever.  She was incapable of answering my questions.  SHE WAS MAD THAT I EVEN ASKED!

Every time I asked a question, instead of giving her my card info, THis animal was mad as hell.

Mo was speaking super fast, and was so fast to respond to any, and everything BEFORE I could even complete my sentence.  I asked Mo what was the name of the company???  Monique gave me a VERY LONG STORY, about it being a third party, a whole lot of HOT AIR.  But NO ANSWER.  I asked again, "WHAT'S THE NAME OF THE COMPNAY?"  Mo gave another LONG answer, NO Name of the company.  "YEAH, BUT WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY??"

MONIQUE then said, "WE DONT HAVE A COMPANY NAME"  But  WE DO HAVE A WEBSITE.  Are you sitting in fron of the computer, are you ready to type it in???  TROPICALTOURSRUS.COM On there you can view the resorts, and make an seletion.

Veiwing Jamacia I didn't see the resort listed, so I needed to check, with my mom.  I ask if I could call her back?  Monique said that they are closed, and that They been closed.  (wait, what time did you close?). Mo: WE CLOSE AT 7 EASTERN TIME. IT'S 7:18 here in Navada.  (WHAT????  where are you located?) Mo repeated the time and location 3 times.

That's when I knew Mo was full of SCAM.  I'm in texas, and it's was 6:18 central time.  Navada is Mountain time, How in the world is is it 7:18 there???  Mo was then upset. and asked if I was going to pay for it or not.  i would love to, but I need to check first.  

I asked for the manager, name or any info.  Mo just repeated that everyone was gone.  I asked for another rep.  Mo said SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS IN SALES THERE.  NO ONE ELSE COULD HELP ME.  she asked if I had any more questioins, and that she gave me everything I wanted.  I told her that I have a lot more questions.  

Mo then told me she didn't have time for me, and Hung up in my face.

I called back Alex answer, he was rude, and EVERYTIME I begin to speak, ALEX WILL speak, and continue to talk.  ALEX DID THIS 3 TIMES.  I wasn't hearing anything he was saying, becuase He would NOT allow me to ask a question.  after i said that, He told me I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOU GOODBYE. and hung up.

I call back. Mark now answers.  I asked for the manager name or info, he says hold. it was about 4 SECONDS. and Monique answers with it's a wonder time to travel....  whom i'm speaking with.  I give a different name.  She ask, is this tina or Kele.??  OH so this is Monique.

Monique was just blowing a lot of HOT AIR.  saying that we was on the phone for a long time, and that she don't have time, and that she had to go pick up her son, and she don't have time to waste on me.  (We ONLY WAS SPEAKING FOR 30 MINS). Usually it can take me up to 2 hours to book a trip. Mo then says, well this deal is close, you can try again next year, when the price is S499 pp.  then hangs up.

I call back Alex answers again, Alex says. That Mo had the right to give that time, because the resosrts are in Flordia! and that they run on Flordia's time. REALLY...  (the resort i in jamaica, and even Jamaica is on central Time.  what a dummy.) WE KNOW IT'S YOU WHEN YOU CALL, AND WE WENT OUT THE WAY TO GIVE YOU THIS DEAL, BUT NOW YOU ARE PLACE ON A DO NOT SALE TO THIS CUSTOMER LIST. You MUST BE LONELY.  and Hunged up.

Whenever I call back, they pick up and hang up the phone!
