I am reporting this case, due to the facts that I give from my experience being at Tropicana resort back in dec 2010 with my boyfriend. The fee that we had to pay did not serve up to my normal expectations at the bungalow resort.
The double bed was filthy and had a odd colour with a rusty old smell. I notice it more, when the staff went in to change the sheets. I also notice the staff left the clean sheets touching the floor before they change the sheets. The staff brought in a bucket of cleaning detergents, when they left I could not smell cleaning or sense that the room and toilet were clean using those cleaning detergents. It was just a show.
The clean was not acceptable there was still dirt on the flooring and the bathroom. No soap supplied. The toilet rolls should be supplied at every cleaning visit, this was not supplied appropriately.
When we requested for soap and toilet paper, we got laughed at.
The lady owner of the resort was very unwelcoming, she had a smirk on her face, this is unacceptable.
