Complaint Review: Tropisch German shepherds

 I purchased a pup from Tropisch Kennel in March 2016. He is everything Rachel promised. My beautiful boy is perfectly healthy. I would certainly recommend Tropisch Kennel to anyone.

Tropish German Shepards, I have one and had her now for over two years. She's very health and full of life with a amazing background.  Much like anything else there are alway's some (and thats anything) that may have problems. These are living breathing animal's, anyone who does not take the time to do the reserch on what they are getting into "Shame on them"! Stop the blame game. Thank you Tropish 

My Name is Kirk Markham I am the owner of a 3 year old Sable German Shepherd born and bred by Tropisch German Sherpherds. I'm also a retired law enforcement officer of 27 years experience, as well as a K-9 Handler and my former department's K-9 Unit Supervisor. When I decided to get a german shepherd after my retired K-9 partner health started to decline I started doing research on breeders and found Tropisch German Shepherds. I made contact with the owner Rachael. I had several questions for her and she welcomed them all. She answered them for me. I didn't tell her that I was a handler until I decided to purchase one of her pups. I can say this about her, she's very friendly and she just won't sale her dogs just to any one. She wants to make sure that they are going to a loving home. When I received my pup I was completely satisfied with him. Three years later my boy has no health issues and is a very hard worker when we do our training. Rachael stays in contact with me and always wants to know how my boy is doing. So I have to strongly disagree with the accusation being made against Tropisch German Shepherds. I would purchase another pup or adult from her. She's good people. 

My name is Tyler, 25. Upon completing my contract in the United States Army in 2014 I came home and was ready to start my life again as a civilian. Only, this time around, my friends had all gone off to college or were still in the military. It was hard to adjust to civilian life again, and I desperately needed a friend I could count on day in and day out. Everyone I had ever known was now gone.

I decided to look for a chocolate lab puppy, as I had a brown lab growing up as a child. I came across Tropisch online and gave them a ring to talk about their lab puppies. Rachael answered and was extremely professional and courteous, as well as knowledgable and open to any questions. I noticed she also bred German Shepherds. I asked her to tell me about her GSDs. I had no idea the time and effort put into breeding dogs, but even though I was not an expert, I felt comfortable in my choice to go with Rachael and her dogs the more she explained them to me. After about 30 minutes talking about GSDs on top of the 20 minutes talking about chocolate labs, I decided to go with a GSD. I had never had a GSD before, but Rachael answered literally every question I had for her about her dogs. I was convinced and put a down payment on a pup right there on the phone. 

From the day I got to hold my shepherd in my arms I've never had a second thought getting a GSD. Every where we go, my dog (Flynn) and I get compliments on how handsome he is and how well behaved he is. I was able to potty train Flynn 2 weeks after I got him after weening. I'm no pro dog handler, I'm just an average guy that learns his dog training off of youtube videos. Flynn is extremely smart and very strong, everything I expect out of a GSD. He is extrememely loyal and will forever be apart of my family. I am so glad I came across Tropisch Shepherds and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a GSD, and I do. Being a veteran I know many men with similiar mentalities- they want a dog that can keep up with the best, and that is exactly what what Tropisch Shepherds puts out- the best. 

Shame on the person that made this report slandering this breeder and her dogs. This report is nothing but another breeder trying to hurt the competition. It's disgraceful and tasteless and I hope the author sees my review. 

Buyers- this article is blatant propaganda. Don't take a disgruntled competitor's word for it, take my word for it- a United States Army soldier's word for it. I know what it takes to be the best, and these dogs definitely set the standard for all GSDs.

I purchased a happy, healthy, 8 1/2 week old puppy from Tropisch German Shepherds on March 21st 2013. I was asked numerous questions by the owner of this Kennel, as to whether I would be a good owner. I am happy to report she found me to be a responsible Pet Owner, and allowed me the privilege to purchase one of her outstanding, top of the line German Shepherd puppies. I had no problems working with the owner of this Kennel, as she answered numerous questions for me on the Lineage, Health, and Care that I should provide this puppy. The owner of this Kennel went above and beyond to accomodate me with any questions I had, and still have, regarding this Puppy whom is now a Happy, Healthy, and Extremely smart 3 year old Joy to myself and my Family.

In my own Vet's words " As hard as I try to find something wrong with this Shepherd, I cannot do so. You made an excellent choice in purchasing him ". I stand behind, and Highly recommend Tropisch German Shepherd Kennels for anyone wanting to purchase a German Shepherd.

 I gladly and proudly stand behind all my dogs and puppies I have no doubt this is the same person who has tried to tarnish my name everywhere. They received two pups from me as per my contract and when they first came to me with the issue they were nothing but rude and nasty. I still stood behind my pup and if anyone wants proof of my issues with this person I will gladly show emails and proof of conversations where they were rude and where I gladly replaced their first pup whereas the broke my contract multiple times and I still replaced the first pup. They did not spay the first pup as they were supposed to and I still replaced her and sent the new one on good faith they would keep their word and this was almost 4 years ago now and they still have not spayed her like they were required to. I will hope that anyone with sense will do their research and see I have many more happy customers than angry ones. This person has been harassing me for years now. They are also a breeder therefore makes me believe their endless harassment is trying to tarnish a competitors name. Anyway as I said I stood behind my puppies and nothing makes this person happy I suggest any breeders try to steer clear of selling to this person.
