Told us we will get a fully trained protection dog for $1500.00 which they couldnt deliver and promised a refund. Theyre a con .. a fraud company.
I spoke to the company about 3 weeks ago about getting a protection dog for my family. They promised a fully trained protection dog (Feader) to be sent out on 1/19/08 . I got a call back from the company stating that the dog was too vicious and that they have another dog which they can send (Kilo) by 1/21/08. We contacted them to try to get some information about the dogs arrival and they ignored all communication from us, and did a call block from calling there office. We Westernunioned $1500 to a Mr Troy Austin
This company is a scam!
So is Mr Troy Austin.

I dont know you situation personally but world K-9 has always been very [atient and helpful to me. I was in the process of starting my own dog company several years ago when i first came in contact with Bob. He was more than willing to answer my questions and give his opinions. Never felt pressured or rushed with these folks. Maybe someone just had a bad day.

I DIDN'T REALLY KNOW TILL NOW BUT EVERY OUTGOING CALL I MAKE WITH MY OFFICE PHONE AUTOMATICALLY RECORDS MY CALLS... MR AUSTIN CALLED ME STATING THAT THERES A REFUND IN ORDER BY HIM TO WESTERN UNION AND THAT I CAN GO PICK UP MY MONEY .. AND I ASKED HIM WHY HE WOULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS HE SAID "I GAVE YOU A REFUND" THE FUNNY THING IS HIS MOTHER SUE WHO OWNS THE COMPANY ACTS LIKE SHE DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING EITHER .. I 3WAYED HER TO LISTEN TO HER SON TROY ADMITTING EVERYTHING! .. THERE HAS BEEN NO REFUND AND NO CONTACT WITH THE POLICE .. THEY HAVE PROBABLY CONNED THE POLICE INTO LISTENING TO THEM. I have been contacted by these people about a sale that I or World K-9, Inc. knew nothing about. As it was stated to this person on many different times, only to be threaten by them over and over. I have turned all of this over to the local police, as they can look in to it. I stop taking any calls from them due to the fact that I am tired of being yelled at for something I had no part in. Also due to the fact that the local police has asked me not to respond to them. And in which these people are also been made aware of the same by the police themselfs. It was us that contacted the police to get this matter resolved.
