I ordered a funeral arrangement on 11/26 to be delivered on 11/28.  I received a confirmation email shortly after ordering.  I called Troy on 11/28 @ 1:16pm to confirm delivery.  Troy put me on hold, allegedly called the funeral home, and told me the flowers were delivered to the flower room.

Much to my surprise, the family contacted me and said there were no flowers.  I called the funeral home on 11/29 and they also confirmed no flowers.  They even called another location thinking they were delivered to the wrong funeral home.  No flowers!

I then called Troy back at 11/29 @ 8:09am and asked them to look into it.  I spoke to a very rude person who said her name was Jen and she told me she couldnt do anything until the agent opened and they could confirm delivery.  I asked who the agent was and she told me she didnt know??  I tried to ask her how she could call someone that she didnt know and stated her manager would follow up.  I explained the wake was already over, the funeral is today and I needed to resolve the matter.  I asked for her manager and she told me her manager was working another funeral and couldnt talk to me?? 

What makes that funeral more important than this one?  Jen proceeded to tell me she would call me back whenever they had an answer for me.

This is completely unacceptable and the level of customer service or interest in resolving my issue has been non-existant.  I called Jen back and asked her if she had any update for me a few minutes ago and she rudely informed me that she would call me back WHENEVER they had something to tell me!    The funeral is in a few hours and so far I have gotten no where other than my credit card charged $101.59

After making several calls all morning and early afternoon, "Jen" finally returned my call to tell me that the florist agent they use is not returning calls so they are cancelling thier contract.  I asked what they could do to get another florist to assist.  She stated there were no other florists in Alabama??  I requested my order be cancelled and refund issued, Jen again refused and said she would send me an email at some point.

I called my credit card company and discovered the pending charge is from americana roses who also has complaints on this website.  This is clearly not a legitimate business... please do not use this company!!!
