Troy's Florist They took my money and delivered nothing!! Internet Internet
Troy's florist comes across as a neighborhood florist but they are not. I ordered a standing spray for my mother in law online and even called to confirm everything. Two days later still no flowers so I called to confirm ( same day as the funeral) and was told they couldn't make the delivery and "someone" should have called.
They said they didn't service that area. To say I was furious is putting it mildly! I spoke with 3 different ppl who treated me like I was interrupting their lunch break. I finally got a refund but it was too late for flowers, which anyone with a brain knows is what I really needed. I am so disheartened that companies out there do this with no remorse. Completely ruined my day and isolated me more from my family whom I couldn't be with bc I was sick. Please do not make the same mistake! They say they will an d they won't. Don't be fooled!!
