Complaint Review: TROY SHUFORD

Triple T Services/ Triple T Roofing installed a roof and siding for us in 2016,

The roof leaks and caused over 5000.00 inside my home not including the roof repair.

Our insurance will not pay because it is considered a new roof being only 3 years old and should have a warranty from installer.  Well not with Troy Shuford he is dodging my calls and text messages, as a matter of fact a lady contacted me and said her husband was working for him as his foreman and she gave me the same number for Troy Shuford that I have and said Troy Shuford would be calling me that evening when he got off a piece of heavy equipment 9-28-2019, hmmm, still haven't heard from him. 

Long story short, he does not stand behind his work and will not return phone calls. 

We are fixing to be out about 7000.00 due to his poor workmanship and his work is not up to code. Basically he doesn't know what he is doing. But he does talk a conviencing line.

If Troy Shuford wants to do work for you take it from me he will not stand behind it or return your calls.

I know he is working in the Splendora, New Caney, League City area for sure but I am also sure there are other areas I am not aware of.

Now I seen where he does fencing too.

I guess he is what is known as Jack of all trades and Master of NONE.
