Troy W. Klein Fraud and Misrepresented his services to the courts West Palm Beach Florida
Klein was retained but abandoned my appeal after collecting over $ 26,000.00. Klein then lied to courts 2 years after wining my appeal pro se and stated he was never paid for his services, refusing to disclose teh $ 26,000.00 he was paid. Klein then lied to intervene in settlement with ex-husband, and then went on to sue me for an additional $ 24, 204.18 for work he never peformed. Klein now actively tying to collect an additional $ 20,000.00 for representing himself in his collection efforts forcing me into bankruptcy.
