Complaint Review: Troys Florist

 I called to order flowers on Saturday morning (5/9/15) for Sunday (5/10/15) Mothers Day Delivery for my mom who lives in Florida, I am in another state.  The phone line was busy, so I decided to order directly through their internet website. After spending roughly $90.00, I recieved my confirmation email that my purchase was sucessful and the delivery will be made. Obviously my Mom never recieved her flowers.

It is now Monday morning, I called the same number (1-888-414-3800) a young girl answered the phone, she claims their computer system is down, after 10 minutes of excuses she says she will have to call me back. She claims they do not deliver on Sundays, I told her I requested my flowers to be delivered on Saturday. She said she will have to call me back, apparently that didnt happen yet either.  No flowers, no return of funds, nothing.

After reading many complaints posted on line .... its apparent I will not get my money back. This company is not legitimate, they have bad BBB record as well as several other rip off reports. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If taking the time to write this does nothing more than deter 1 person from ordering from this SCAM I did my job.
