Complaint Review: Tru Connect

Two weeks ago I had the same problem.  They told me then that my account had been disconnected.  However, 4 hours later my phone started working again. When I called back to find out what happened they told me all accounts were affected.  Unknown why they would lie about something like that.

Now, I've been without service 10 days now.  I've been told numerous times that they were expediting the issue.  Had to call CPUC to get in touch with their corporate office, but still no service.  I was able to text and browse internet, but lately I can't do that either now.  Phone calls drop as soon as I try to connect.

I've finally had to get phone service with someone else, but unable to port my number of 15 years.  Everytime I call in, the issue is still being worked on.  (So they say).  

Tru Connect is by far the worst phone company I've ever dealt with.  They are rude, and love to play games on the phone.  Stay away from this company!
