I ordered a trial product and it made me sick so I cancelled any future orders three months later they sent me another shipment and charged my account I called them and they said I never called. If I did not call then why did I not get shipments in January and February. The lady told me that I needed a confirmation # I explained to her that I did not have it any more it had been 2 months so I deleted it. She said I did not call them and cancel the order I want to report them for this.
