Truck Masters truck and auto sales my father recentaly purchased a suv from james last week. and they took half of his deposit and he was suppose to pay the rest yesterday.. So they called him today telling him the finacing did not fall through and to bring the rest of the deposit back and the truck. He went back and of course tryed to stick him in something cheaper but he was not satisfied. my father told them he would be back because he had to go back to work. But really he heard james asking the other sales man did you get the rest of the deposit yet. so he started feeling fishy was going on. Are they suppose to give hiim his deposit back since he has no car? Now my poor father is stuck with no car for work and half of the money he was saving has been tooken. My father purchased a suv last week from truck masters in phoenix he gave them half of a down payment and was suppose to give the dealership the rest yesterday, The dealership called him today telling him to bring the truck and the remaining balance owed for the deposit.He left work to go find out what happend . when he got there another sales man helped him and explained why he was not approved and of course tryed to get him in something cheaper. He was not satisfied so then the other sales man who origanlly helped him to get him in the suv and who also called him with a attitude to bring the remainding balanced owed of the deposit and the truck back. as my father sat he heard james the first sales man who called him ask the other sales man did you get the money. But he replied im working on it, so my father automatically felt something fishy was going on and said i have to go back to work ill be back thursday to continue to figure out what we are going to do.So my Father left with no money that he put down in the beginning or truck . Are they suppose to give him his deposit back since the finacing did not go through on the banks part? Please someone help me out with answers i feel terrable for my dad now he has no car for work or money he saved to get another car. Thank you
