I ordered a Tri-vent rear slider window for my pickup.
I was sent a Dou-vent rear slider instead, I emailed Truck Add Ons for a RGA# to exchange the wrong window for the window I ordered on Feb 4, 2008. Followed up with phone calls everyday and was either sent to voice mail (neither John or Michele returned a single call) or told it would take 24 to 48 hours to process.
Finally received email denying request for exchange late on the 7th of Feb (102 hours after email was sent).

Email from Truck add ons:

hello, ok 2 things, first this order was placed back in Dec 28th and you had until Jan 15th to request a return on this item and the manufacturer no longer makes a "tri-vent" on this year model vehicle -- the duo vent is the only one available -- we are unable to process this return request since it has been past the 14 days from date of reciept per our returns policy -- here is the copy of the tracking information on delivery date -- you can contact John the returns manager if any questions on this --- i will forward this to him as well so he has all informatoin


They are saying the request was denied because of time but it was Ok for them to send me something I never ordered and on top of that the window they sent is cheaper than the one I wanted. But they billed my credit card for the more expensive window and never refunded me for the difference in price of the windows. So as far as I'm concerned they have not finished the order and the 14 days has not even begun.
