I purchased a Fold-A-Cover from TruckAddOns.com and found after I opened it found parts missing, the foam tape had already been adhered to parts and when I contacted the manufacturer found it was suppose to have been shipped bound together. The manufacturer told me it sounded like we had received a previously returned item.  I filled out their return report and contacted Stephanie in their return department.  I was suppose to have inspected the package within 24 hours or they would not help.  Well, I don't know about you but a truck cover project is something that I can't get to right away and the last thing I want is parts scattered everywhere.  Ironically I did not want to open the box because I did not want to lose parts.  I contacted Stephanie again and she sent me an email saying her supervisor would agree to send me new rails but nothing else - I never even said I had problems with the rails!  I called Stephanie again and left a message ...two days ago. I don't expect that TruckAddOns.com will do anything for me, especially after reading all the other ripoffreports.  I did file a report with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) - maybe that will help other in the future.  Do not do business with these guys - they may have good prices but they are not worth it.
