Complaint Review: Truckee River Rock And Nursery

I recently purchased some landscaping materials from this business, and I was extremely disappointed in what I received. I ordered 3 yards of their River Rock, and when I had it delivered, I measured it to ensure it was the correct amount. It was only 2 and 1/2 yards of material. I went in to there store, and I tried to speak with the manager/owner. Everyone in the office kept telling me that there wasn't a manager or owner around. I asked on of the gentlemen watering, and he told me that the man I was talking to was the owner. I went back and confronted him, his name is Fred if I recall correctly, and he told me to leave. I would never do business with these people again. I have contacted the BBB to file a complaint, and they told me that there have been 8 complaints against this business within the last 36 months!! Unbelievable!! These people do not deserve to be in business!! The best part of my experience was when I got in my car and left!
