Complaint Review: Trudi Oaks

This is a warning not to go to {Trudi Oaks'} house very abusive towards tenants and treats their tenants like slaves and Trudi Oaks almost physically assaulted me by throwing a cup of hot coffee in my room!! The police have been in this house multiple times and warned me as I was leaving to never come back as the Trudi Oaks' family, the wretched family caused the Vista Police Department grief, equally so the nearby neighbors have had to suffer the noisy disturbances of this egregiously dysfunctional family arguing and bickering amongst each other, even their property owner threatens them with this ultimatum: If the neighbors file a noise complaint on you, [The Oaks Family] you shall be evicted forthwith!!



Yes I moved in this Friday September 5, 2014 and everything "seemed fine" at first. Part of the agreement was for $300 reduced rent I was to do some "light" chores such as clean the two boy's bathrooms, do the laundry, and do the dishes, vacuum, and take out the trash. There is nothing about "light" cleaning in this house as the children actually run the house while Trudi Oaks lets her kids do whatever they please with impunity.



However that facade melted away from this Laodicean Christian family. The mother Trudi Oaks is an arrogant enabling mother who thinks she is infallible and is infuriated when told that she is an incompetent mother with indifference towards her 2 teenage sons and her husband. She nonchalantly let her older son Jesse Dakota Oaks smoke marijuana, use narcotics such as opiates; he steals her car in the dark of night and is given no severe punishment for his thieving treachery, so your personal belongings maybe at risk! Yet the enabling mother let her son Jesse does anything he wants with impunity!! She flees from the house blaming the father for her son's crimes and left Thursday September 18, 2014 to her relative's house up in Los Angeles while leaving the burden to keep the "family" together upon me and the distressing frustrated father (Trudi returned at approx.. 3 am Tuesday September 24, 2014)!!



On Monday September 22, 2014 the older son Jesse Dakota Oaks disrespected me by pulling my head towards his crotch thinking it was a joke, I told him that was not a joke and to leave my room immediately he was using my shower and refused to leave my room believing as his mother, that he is entitled to anything he wants and can do anything he wants as his mother taught him. I told him multiple times to leave my room but he adamantly refused. I and his father can see in his blood shot eyes that he was using drugs and exhibited the signs and symptoms of opiate withdrawals such as agitation, and aggression. A fight then ensued and Jesse broke my door to my room. As Trudi Oaks came back approx. 3am that early morning she did not penalize Jesse for breaking my door. She also remarked that I do not need a door and have no right to privacy!!



After I clean the kitchen every day the kids have a penchant for having their messy baking and messy cooking at about 1am in the morning making load noises like they are having a fraternity party, so good luck trying to get a good night sleep. I told Trudi that I cannot clean her kitchen 3 times a day and she needs to discipline her kids, she yelled at me like a schizophrenic banshee manic saying do not tell me how to run my family, I am in charge of this family!!! I replied that she is not in charge of this family the kids run this family; she slammed the door hard in my face!!



Sunday September 28, 2014 approx. 10:30 am she gave me my eviction papers, saying I was not fulfilling my slaving duties of cleaning up after her kids fast enough. I told her when she wants to grow up and start being a mother and discipline her kids then I will do her dishes and do her laundry, Trudi the mother was so insanely infuriated like a two year old little girl flailing around throwing a temper tantrum when she does not get her way or does not like what she hears i.e. the truth, she threw a clay cup full of hot coffee in my room with murderous intent in her blood shot red eyes, she did not even sincerely apologized for her egregious transgressions she inflicted on me nor showed any remorse for having the intent to inflict bodily harm upon my person, that is a text book example of a sociopath!! I immediately called the vista police to file a report of the incident and within 45 minutes I had my friend pick up my stuff and I left that mental institution of a house and will never look back!!!


For someone with a degree in business Mrs. Trudi Oaks it is a pity the college where you acquisition such the degree from could not afford to yield you any wisdom. The lynch-pin of any business is customer service without such the business virtue no matter how good your product is, if the customer feels or perceives being unjustly mistreated; they will abandon your business and look elsewhere, being a landlord is no different. We tenants are like customers we do not need you [the landlord] you need us [the tenant], if we feel unjustly mistreated or we feel you the landlord are not addressing our grievances in an expeditious manner we will look elsewhere.



Do not go to this house, I would not slave myself to do their Sisyphean chores and deal with their unruly children and schizophrenic mother, [Trudi Oaks], and husband [Robert Oaks] whether for reduced rent of $300 a month or even free room and board!! It is just not worth it!!
