Trudy Oliverio, PrizeAmerica Aka Traffix, I won $100 in the $cratch for Ca$h game; sent several e-mails now no response Pearl River New York
On August 19, 2004 I won $100 in the $cratch for Ca$h game but I never received a confirmation e-mail on August 20, 2004 even though PrizeAmerica indicates one was sent. When I won the word "WINNER" came up because I got three (3) $100 cash amounts. When the word "WINNER" came up, it was erased so quickly off my screen I was unable to print this page.
It's like it was zapped right before my eyes. Well, after several days I did not hear from PrizeAmerica so I started e-mailing them about my $100 winnings. The customer service department e-mailed me advising me I had only won $1.00. I knew this was not true so I e-mailed customer service back advising I had won $100 not $1.00. Only when I requested the CEO or president of the company's name did I get a follow-up e-mail from Trudy Oliverio, Customer Support Director advising me I had indeed won $100 & sent me the paperwork to get notarized. I have on several occasions in my e-mails to this company time and time again I advised them I never received a confirmation e-mail.
I went to one of our local banks & got the documents notarized and mailed all of the documents back to PrizeAmerica. Ms. Oliverio sent me a photostatic copy of a letter advising she needed me to submit a PDEN number which I don't have because I never received the confirmation e-mail. Until I re-registered with PrizeAmerica on September 22, 2004 I received my very first confirmation e-mail(s) from PrizeAmerica and GroupLotto. I have notified Ms. Oliverio of this through e-mails but now I can't even get a response from her.
