True Ceramic Pro ripoff Took my money and I still haven't gotten a product or refund Valencia California
This company is a crock of s**t. They will certainly take all of your payments, but never send you a product or answer the phone when inquiring about your order. They have a recording on their phones (any number you try) that states they are "updating there systems to provide better customer service." HA HA yeah right, more like No customer service. WARNING to anybody even thinking about purchasing this product DON'T, you will be sorry you did. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with and I will make sure that everybody knows it. I hope more and more people come forward with complaints against this company, so we can take legal action. This is bull s**t that a company can do this to people and get away with it. It besides the point of the $100.00 plus dollars, its the princple of the matter, that people shouldn't be able to be taken advantage of.
