I ordered a diet suppliment free trial and they stated I could cancel the order anytime but of course when I called to cancel so they would not start the autoship, the phone was disconnected. Today I just receive the free trial and all I have is the return address on the package and now I still have no way of cancelling the autoship. I saw the ad while on my cell phone about the suppliment, and it just said True fitness but now I cant find the ad. They did charge my card with the shipping charge but on my statement the phone number I called the person who answered that call said they have no record of my account and that I should have my bank deal with it.
