Complaint Review: True Logic Financial

I continually receive phone calls from True Logic Financial for a person who shares my last name, but not the first name. I have called True Logic on numerous occasions to report that they are calling the wrong phone number and to remove my phone number from their call list. Each time I have been guaranteed that my phone number will be removed, but within a week the phones calls start again. I have a sneaky suspicion that they are getting my phone number from information since there only a handful of people listed in my city who share my last name and are listed in the phone book. There was a message from them today on my answering machine which I returned, requesting once again that they remove my phone number from their files. I also informed them that I would be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission as well as the Better Business Bureau.
