Complaint Review: True North Academy Dba Jg Banks Training

I was contacted by J.G.Banks. They told me that J.G. Banks did not have enough success stories for the amount of people that took his course. so jgbanks was offering one on one mentoring to help students achieve success and jgbanks can share their success story. the person that signed me up said you can use the mentor anyway you see fit that would enable me to become successful using their program.

1st session --mentor or coach called 15 minutes late. asked why she called me so late she said she was very busy with alot of other things besides working with me. we talked for about 15 minutes. did not learn anything. asked the coach if this was counting as a session. she said no. she lied.

the real 1st session--I had a deal working by myself and the coach could not offer any advice to help me close the deal.

next session she was 12 minutes late.. have it on my telephone recorder when the coach called me. after waiting ten minutes for her call i left to take care of something else. she says i missed our appointment.

the final strw was when i told her i wanted to here her do a deal on the phone. i told her bthat this would help me the most in learning how to do this and what to say.. the coach said alright and said she would see me next week

she never called and missed our next three appoinntment. after the first meeting was missed i called her left messages on why she missed our appointment. she never called back.. then i called the main office and complained about the coach and they said someone would get back to me.. no one never did.

i called again and told them that they dropped the ball, not me and i wanted nothing more to do with their company and I wanted my money back for not getting what they promised and what i paid for.

i called again and they transferred me to a manager in the office. i told him what happened and he said sorry we will get you another coach. i said no thanks, i was already assigned your best coach and she was so unprofessional and dropped the ball big time that i want nothing more to do with your company and wanted my monrey back..

he said sorry we will not give you your money back. but we will get you another coach.. at that time i told him i would like to talk to jgbanks himself, maybe he might want to know what is really happening with this one on one coaching. maybe this is the reason jgbanks does not have that many success stories, maybe the problem is internal. the manager said good luck... he is not going to talk to you.. i am the last person you will get to talk to, it's funny that jgbanks thinks i am important enough to take my money with no problem but when it comes down to talking to him, i am not important enough.

this is a complete ripoff. that is why jgbanks is desperate for success stories. because his program is a scam.. i never received the traing i was promised from their best coach......i want my money back....
