From a small business stand point TRUST that a client will honor the contract is paramount. This company has proven to be the exact opposite. We tried and tried to work with them on the cost of the service but even after meeting their demands they stopped communicating and never paid for the final invoice.

We have since had to eat well over 13k in expenses and have been hung up on repeatedly trying to seek a resolution. This compnay has several other horible reviews as well I guess we should have been more careful. I 've never been hung up on in the attempts to resolve a debt for an amount the the client approved of???

This has been an all around bad experience that I hope other small companies and consumers can learn from.

This post was made by a vendor that we worked with who touted skilled trades. This statement they provided is exaggerated and inaccurate in that it does not speak about both sides of what occurred. What we found was that they were hiring off the internet without ever seeing people or finding out what skills they had, not only causing issues with quality but safety as well. People who do not possess the skills to complete work can, not only skip critical steps in making sure quality is top notch, but can also potentially get hurt – thank goodness safety issues did not occur to our knowledge.

Furthermore, the people they hired were falsifying their time, at times not even being present on job sites that we designated for them to perform work on. Our project managers often went to these sites to find them missing and they offered us excuses that proved to be false. We gave this company a protocol to follow in order to verify the time that they were on the job and they failed to follow that protocol. Instead they responded by following up with a picture showing the time they were getting paid for.

Lastly, the work performed was not that of the quality that we pride ourselves as a company in providing to our customers. To make sure that we provided our customers with our trademark quality, we had to go back to redo much of the work that this vendor had performed.
