i bought two pair of jeans from a different location without trying them on. when i got home and tried them they didn't fit, so i went to 513 broadway to exchange because they have more options. i found my sizes. i wanted to keep my original sales receipt, i didnt want an exchange receipt. so instead of doing an even exchanged i wanted to return the two pair of jeans i bought previous and then buy the two new sizes. but the manager didnt want to do the return, she told me that i cant return items from another true religion store to that store. normally i would care customer service, but it was an holiday and they werent there to answer the call. i had to go back to the originally store to do the return

This is not a RipOff and your entire report makes you out to be one big PITA(Pain in the Arse) Customer.

You have thrown out words such as "Discrimination" and "Racism" when in fact you showed neither.  The ONLY reason you had issues is because you did not want an "exchange" receipt.  Had you done the exhange the end result would have been the same.  Actually better because you wouldn't have had to spend extra time to go back to the other store.

Since these words were the first thought that came out of your mind, and the fact that you said you would "normally" have just called Customer Service.  Says this isn't the first time you have tried to be a trouble maker and makes me sorry for the store employees in any store that has to deal with someone like you.
