True Ripoff Slamming Charges without authorization to Credit Cards ripoff Irving Texas
I joined on a month to month basis with True as was advertized. I was deployed overseas with the Army. True continued to slam my account wiht a $49.99 charge. My bank was contacted and advised not to honor the charges as it was not authorized. This worked for two months and then they started again.
Now they say they will refund one months charge. The free trial is no free trial. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO THEM!
They provide a nice service, however the slamming of my credit card at $49.99 per month is unaccaptable
