I just would like to share my story to everyone; therefore, you will carefully to choose the services out there and won't make the same mistake likes me.  Beware all companies, they just try so many ways to ripoff the clients when the clients are in the emergency situation.  That company is True Source Financial, his name is John.  He is a paralegal.  His services are stop eviction and bankruptcy.  I just received the advertising letter from his company showing all plans to stop eviction.  I decided to go with plan #2 with one time fee was $494.55 to stop eviction and stay in house for 4 months.  After 3 months, I received the sheriff notice and sheriff required to respond in 5 days.  What do you think if you are in this situation. I was so panic and gave to him whatever amout he wanted was $500.00 more, even his package said one time fee only.  Then, he filled the paperwork for us to go to court and said that I will stay 3 months or at least 1 month for finding a new place to live and move on.  However, the judge canceled the hearing because he forgot to sign the paperwork; so, the judge reshedule for next two days.  On the day we went to judge, the sheriff came over and locked us out with no any reasons; althought I have kids, I still move out right a way.  The judge said the case was closed because the sheriff locked out already; they did not help my family at all. Now I lost everything.

Lock-out Due to Client Negligence

The claims made by this client are false. When it comes to the eviction process, all documentation is very TIME SENSITIVE. The client failed to notify me that he never received his Unlawful Detainer Summons at the door. The plaintiff's attorney that was evicting this client was still granted the lock-out. I explained to the client that only the judge can over-turn a lock-out notice so I prepared the documentation to get him before the judge. I also explained to the client that even though what the plaintiff's attorney did was unlawful, he needed a judge's order to stop it. I only charged him a small fee for the ex-parte motion and the client had his day in court. Unfortunately, the judge denied his claim. The client and his family still received 3 months in the property, as he himself states in his claim. The client did receive the time he paid for. When I signed them up, I also put them on a payment plan to pay the fees because I understood they were going through a financial hardship. They did not pay the balance in full for 2 1/2 months but I still was willing to help them. I can understand the frustration shown by this client who was trying to help his family. But he is wrong and unjust in placing the blame on my company. The work was done in their behalf. True Sources Financial is a very reputable company and we have many testimonials from families that we have helped out of dire situations. We also have an AA rating with the BBB.
