NEVER EVER DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH ====>>>TRUE TECH CELLULAR
I dropped the phone to remote location when company was having so called headquarter (at 6996 Piazza Granda Avenue, Orlando), and where they have been asking customers to send the phone. Before I dropped the phone I mailed them asking a details I was told by TIM MOHAMMED (who supposedly is manager) that estimate is free and they have to see the phone (nokia 6230 one year old) to provide a quote. The phone was turning in, going through welcome screen and turning off. I dropped my phone at the location (so called virtual office that they have been operating). I requested proof of receiving a phone with battery, which indicates phone credentials (serial number). The secretary confirmed with her signature receiving the phone.

After a week I called the company to get the quote I was told that main chip (whatever does it mean is burned and the repair is going to cost 55 $. Since it is old phone I decided that it is not worth to fix it. I asked them to drop the phone back to drop off location and surprisingly I was told (by TIM MOHAMMED) that I have to pay them 15 $ for an estimate (he has a schizophrenia). They explained that it is a charge for a time that they spend with phone. After argument he agreed to waive the charge. It took him a week to drop the phone to the location!!!! While I was picking it up I realize that phone is not in the same condition as I dropped it off:
It does not turn on (no reaction at all)

The battery has been switch the one that they returned to me was wearing marks of the pinch or small hammer
The serial number is not attached to the main board anymore, which suggests that they switch the whole board and just stick the serial.

I did not pick up the phone because it is not mine cell. After a contact with TIM MOHAMMED I was told (as an explanation) that my phone was having water damage and that is how it is (once again advanced schizophrenia burned single chip / water damage). Right now I think I will try to look for a layer

GOOD ADVICE never do anything with TRUE TECH CELLULAR nor TIM MOHAMMED (BTW he was previously associated with CPR Orlando on Sand Lake rd) there is only one word for what happened THEFT

The Customer was never fooled by true tech cellular. There is an actual walk in location located at 4945 S. Orange Blossom Trail. We were not ever taking phones in at the location that the customer had dropped the phone. The Nokia he dropped off was an exception to help him out and the phone was water damaged. Corrosion through the board caused the phone to power cycle and never actually turn on. Before the repair, the customer was contacted and explained to him about the repair and what could happen to the phone. As the phone was already not completely turning on, he wanted us to try to complete the repair anyway. Two Technicians spent an hour each working on his phone and finally came to find that the mainboard was unrepairable. The phone is a total of about 75.00 and we were charging him 55.00 total for a new mainboard and labor fee. He declined and we returned the phone to the original location for him to pick up. He never actually spoke with Tim Mohammed until the final conversation. There are different employees working at the store.
