Complaint Review: True Trax Rewards PassAlong.com

I was awarded 10 free downloads from Carol Adams/MySurvey.com, the album I wanted to download required more points, i.e. more money, so via PayPal I bought more points, for 5 dollars. I chose my music, but everytime I would try to download the music, I would get an error, after 4 attempts and 4 emails to the company, I gave up and asked to get my money back, only the 5 dollars I had actually spent, I didn't even care about the free downloads I was entitled to. Yet nothing was done to redress this problem, their answer each time was for me to change more settings on my browser, i made all the changes they recommended even though it put my computer at risk, and still was unable. I have had no satisfaction from either True Trax/Passalong.com or Carol Adams/MySurvey.com.
