Individual, James Robinson, representing True Visions, Inc. was solicting magazine subscriptions in a residental neighborhood which was posted "No Soliciting". Some subscriptions were sold but no one received the magazines. Attempts to contact the company today resulted in the following message "219.874.2163 goodbye"
