true wirless llc of oklahoma p paid for a cell phone june 19 , 2011 and still have not received phone...i have called many times..was never allowed to speak with a supervisor. also told they didnt kno owners name and address...nor bartlett, Tennessee
Ordered a cell phone June 19th and paid for it...since that date hve nvr received phone..I have called so many times..documented...without any results. Always they say to call back.. Tried to speak with a supervisor and til now was not allowed to speak to a supervisor..asked for address of the owner and company....they didnt have...what do u do abt complaints ? Speak to a supervisor...tried and still hvent spoken to a supervisor...we are now three months without a phone...
