Requested a 3-in-1 credit report where they needed additional information over the phone in order to verify my identity. Due to the holidays, I was unable to contact them until after the Thanksgiving weekend. During that time, prior to me receiving any services from them, they charged my credit card (bank debit).

As they had not verified my identity yet and were in no position to even complete my request for product/service, I had not transfered the funds into my account. The resulting charge resulted in a bank charge of $20 for a charge that should not have even been made.

I called TrueCredit and requested them to cancel the order. Subsequent to that, I received two more charges and two more bounce fees of $20 each.

While talking to their agents (Andrea, Danya, Tracy, and Laura), the repeatly refused my requests to speak to their manager, refused my requests for contact information necessary for legal action, were quite glib that they often charge customers 3 times in a day, and refused to consider an compensation for my damages.

I suspect that their practice of charging before they are prepared to render services has probably caused similar damages to others and am interested in hearing about others' experiences for possible class action proceedings.
