In 2008 I was hired by Truex Holdings by Tom Audette. At the time Tom was an owner of Renaissance Exteriors. Truex is supposedly a thriving credit card processing company, that does lines of credit. The "founder" Chris Sigfrid lives in a carriage house on lake Minnetonka with people who feel bad for him because he is homeless and a con artist. He hires people pretending he actually is the millionaire that owns the home when he is actually living for free out of pity.

He goes to CEO's and presidents and owner's of companies and pitches his great idea of cash-flow solutions and charges them retainer fees which he collects and then they never hear from him again. He hires people to do the same thing and then never pays them or follow through with the people they collected from. I found out the hard way this guy is not who he says he is he doesn't own copper mines or steel or whatever his new line is. BEWARE!

Misty Hill Terminated for Check Forgery and Fraud

Misty Hill is the person making this report, a mortgage broker, for Wagner Lending.  


Misty Hill was hired during Truex test out period, summer of 2008.
    
Misty Hill was hired with the full knowledge that Truex was a start up company, July 2008.  

Misty Hill repeatedly told potential clients that Truex made loans and credit lines.  
None of which are true.  She was warned numerous times about making such claims with merchants.  Truex is a payment processing company.  Truex is not nor will it ever be in the business of lending.  

After several calls from merchants, stating, Misty Hill had contacted and made these claims, I terminated Misty Hill, 45 days after her start date.  
Misty Hill stole a Truex corporate check, and forged a signature.  The check amount was for $1250 dollars. 

Additionally, Ms Hills employer at the time, Wagner Lending, Kristin Wagner President, used the Truex name to open a mastercard, with no knowledge or approval of Truex.  

Both of these matters were turned over to the New Hope Police Department for prosecution.  

Truex pays its vendors and its employees on time, all the time.  
Truex is a registered ISO/MSP of Wells Fargo Bank.  

I delayed posting anything on this site, for reasons of good taste, manners, knowledge of Ms Hill and Wagner are experiencing difficult times. 

Enough is enough.....We have the copy of the check, the card statements, and Police Report, that clearly state the truth.  

These documents are available for posting on this site at anytime.

Truex is pursuing legal action against both Ms Hill and Ms Wagner.
