Truffoire Aloha Soap Factory Sold me a product that did not produced promised results. Honolulu Hawaii
My story is almost the same as the one filed May 1, 2017.
I went to a local mall around 11 AM and passed a kiosk selling the Truffoire product and was invited in for a demo. The man performed a demonstration on one eye and there was clearly a noticeable difference. He did the other eye "so that I would look balanced" - however it did not look as good as the first. There was a promise that the syringe contained a 1.5-year supply and that each treatment would last about a week. He gave a hard, used car salesperson approach starting out at selling the product at over $400. After hemming and hawing, he told me that he would sell me the product for "special cost" of $250.00 which by the way was $61 more the the victim who submitted their report 5/1/17.
After more Christmas shopping I arrived home around 1:30 PM. The product's effect was already wearing off. I performed a treatment the next day in the same manner as instructed and demonstrated at the kiosk that day. Nothing happened. This went on for a week and a half and I was furious. I went back to the mall to complain, but the kiosk was no longer there, and I noticed then that the receipt stated NO REFUND..
So they sell you a product making claims and promises that never come true and when you want your money back because their product does not accomplish the results as promised, they say 'oh sorry; we have a NO REFUND policy.
