Complaint Review: Truffoire

 My sister and I were walking down the Hawaii Wakiki strip and was approached by a couple of sales associate and I should of known it was going to be a problem because they were a little to friendly. So, the gentleman took us inside to do our eyes. Once inside he explained the products and proceeded to say I want to Bless you all because yall are so beautiful... He told us we could do buy one get one free and would take half off the purchase which is usually $1700 but today he would do 199 and buy one get one free. We proceeded to the checkout and once he started pushing buttons he exclaims" Oh I'm so sorry it will be 249" and then ran to the back for some more "free" items and explained them, but looking at the items these were supposed to come with the set, but whatever. The purchase break down was 50 from my card and the remaining balance on my sisters card. After he printed the receipts he hurried back to his station to put more product on our faces, told us how much difference he could see( which was) but he didn't tell us he charged us 500 and took 300+ from my account! I was told no refunds and that I could call customer service even when I explained he just took my car note money. I honestly only buy what I could afford and he admitted he charged an extra 50 but he definitely did not charge what he stated. I felt scammed and used because he definitely put me and my family in a horrible bind.
