I contracted a Inground pool with TRULY BLUE POOLS by FRANK MESSINA. When I signed the pool with Frank Messina, the owner of this company. I was told that it would take about a week to complete. Well It took them 4 weeks to come to my house and start the excavation of the pool.
After the hole was dug he colleted over $9000.00 of my money. (about 1/2 of what the contract was for) He told me that he had odered the material over weeks ago and that they where going to be delivered in a day or two. He then he would be back to install the pool that very day. He said by the end of that week I would have a completed pool.
Well it has been 5 weeks now and I have nothing but a huge hole in by back yard. Its a mess dirt everywhere and still NO POOL. I have placed dozens of phone calls to him. Never once has he returned my call. I have call his office more the 40 times leaving messages each and evey time. I have spoken with two different people in his office and both keep telling me that they know nothing about my pool and they will leave message for Frank to call. I am still waiting!
Now it was been now over 9 weeks and all I have is a large mess in my back yard, and we are going to have to sur him for out our $9,000.00 back. DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM TRULY BLUE POOLS BY FRANK MESSINA. You will be sorry you ever did like me!!!!!!!!!

I am a customer of Truly Blue Pools and can confirm that I have had nothing but GOOD fortune with Truly Blue Pools. They gave me the best price and I shopped around. I now have a wonderful pool and my family and I enjoy it immensly. Also lets look at who is writing this - there are so many errors in his complaint I would have to wonder to the validity of his claim. Frank has always been upfront and courtesy with his responses to my inquires. I am truly Appalled by these comments and the Illiteracy of these accusations.

THIS POOL TOOK MUCH LONGER TO BUILD THEN NORMAL,BECAUSE THIS WAS A VERY CUSTOM POOL. AND AT THE TIME THERE WAS A STRIKE THAT AFFECTED THE DELIVERY OF THE POOL KIT. ALL OF THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO THE HOMEOWNER WHO NOW HAS A WONDERFUL SWIMMING POOL. I OFFERED HIM MANY OPTIONS OF COMPENSATION BUT HE CHOOSE TO BAD MOUTH MY COMPANY INSTEAD.
