Complaint Review: TRULY BLUE POOLS

I met the individual that wrote this report and I dealt with Truly Blue for my pool. I met the author of the report because my experience was very similar to his and he's one of several Truly Blue customers in our local area that had a terrible experience with this company and owner.

It is not an isolated incident and is not a matter of one customers bad experience with Truly Blue. My experience was awful and I wish I had used a different company. I personally know of several other Truly Blue customers that would never deal with him again and have had extremely bad experiences with Mr. Messina and his company.

He is verbally abusive and a complete disaster to deal with. I understand this is standard procedure for Truly Blue Pools and find it unfortunate that others may be victimized by him.
