I worked for this company for 2 months before I relized that they were trying to get something for nothing. I ran all over the state of Louisiana taking care of properties they needed work done to. I was asked on many occasions to drop what I was doing and take care of an issue such as the police are at a property and it needed to be locked immediatly. I would stop what I was doing and drive nearly 50-100 miles to take care of it. I completed work on approx 10 properties. I had built up a nice size accounts Payable. Now its been 2 months and I refuse to do anymore work because I am owed 3500.00 and I am being told the same thing over and over again. We are working on getting these invoices paid. I have worked with 5 different employees trying to get my invoices paid. I did a job more than 100 miles from my home in which we were supposed to clean out an so called abandonded property. I was told by Jenn and 3 others to get on this asap. Again I dropped everything and because of the size of the job we needed a dumpster and uhaul truck to remove all the debris in the house. I was told by the owner James that they will pay me extra because of the size of the project. Not to mention it was over 100 miles from my home. WE started the project right after we were able to get the truck. The dumpster also showed up that morning. I had 4 guys and myself. WE started removing all the debris and by 3:00 completely filled a dumpster and a uhaul truck. At about 330 the property owner showed up and ask what we were doing. I explained I had a purchase order in hand to remove the debris from the house. We investigated by calling Truly Noble and spoke to Angelic who is supposed to be the supervisor. After an hour or so they determined a mistake was made by the broker and we were given the wrong address. WE had been to this property 3 times prior to mow grass and change the locks. No one caught it then. This is because they do not research invoice and purchase orders until they are payable to the vendor. WE were asked at this point to unload everything and put it back into the house. Because of the time we were able to unload the truck but not the dumpster. I had already had plans to be somewhere the next day. I was asked repeatedly to return and empty dumpster. I explained I could not. I was told not to worry about this I would be compensated for the work I did. After a week I asked for a verdict and how much I was getting paid and I was told 425.00. I explained that I was told the job would net me 800.00 after my gas and I could pay for my workers. I had 4 people plus myself. I rented the uhaul which I was explained would be paid for. I moved nearly 125 Cubic Yards of debris in a very disgusting envioroment. 4 guys worked 9 hours which I paid them 10.00 an hour each. Now I am still trying to get my money. I am out 625.00 for a job I did not want to start with but again they had no one else. No the supervisor wants to pay me 425.00. The same one that was saying she would take care of the situation and make sure I was compensated was I was supposed to get plus the extra for the extra work. I am letting everyone know not to do anything with this company. They do not return calls or emails unless you tell them you are going to do something for them.

Amazing how a great company like this has such a terrible communication problem. They cannot even get purchase orders correct. I get a purchase order that says one thing and they change it to suit what they decide to pay you after the job is done. Oh and by the way I am still waiting to get paid on my invoices that I completed 90 days ago. I was told by the chaos dept that I turned everything in but I still have not gotten paid for. Yes it was all me. That is why when you call to get information on purchase orders no one knows what is going on. This is why I do not get paid. Because the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. The rules of the game are you do everthing you are supposed to do and if we like the way your playing we will pay you. If not you are screwed because we do not have to pay you.

A company that has been around that long would figure out that something is wrong if you cannot keep people. I was the only person in the Louisiana area working on projects here. As soon as I decided I was not going to play the game they wanted I left and I cannot get paid for purchase orders I was submitted months ago and completed and sent my supporting documents.

They constantly say that we do not turn in the info required but when we do someone does not do what they are supposed to and close it out. This company is a joke. Several times I have called and I am told 3 different things from 3 different people. My best guess at this point is to get your payment up front because if not they have the option to screw you and you will be left holding the bag.
