This firm is engaged in deceptive trade practices for their contracts and sales approach. I signed a one year extermination agreement, which I was assured was a 1 year deal by their sales rep, then they automatically began to charge me for a second year, saying they had been to my rental property 2 days before I cancelled all contracts with them, and had done service, but provided me with with no proof of services rendered, nor authority in writing to do so especially in light of my written cancellation of all contracts.
