I started my process with this horrible company. they switched mitigators that would handle my case three times in one month. my financial situation had changed 2 months into the process. I still had not heard anything from Truman Forecloser and had advised them that due to my financial income being reduced my financial worksheet would no longer work out. I had given Truman Forecloser $1200.00 of our money at the start of signing papers.
I requested my refund of $1200.00 from Truman Forecloser 3 times by fax on May 5th, May 29th & Jun 4th. I did not hear anything back from them during this time. I also made several phone calls and they would not let me talk to the CEO or Asst CEO. I left several phone messages with numerous top people in the Truman Forecloser with no return calls "NOTHING".
I contacted the person who recruited me over the phone and she contacted Truman Forecloser Assistance. I then received a message on my voicemail from some women at Truman that was very rude and she said " WE RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST FOR REFUND AND YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A LETTER IN THE MAIL".
Well, After months of asking for my $1200.00 refund from Truman Foreclsure. I received a letter dated June 12th 2009 from Rashmi Airan-Pace, Esq. (for the firm).
This women states that I will not get my $1200.00 back because I lied about my financial numbers?
So this is their ploy to steal your money from you.
This fraudulant "Truman Foreclosure" is not only stealing money from American families, but they are also stealing monies from the United States Government!
They stole from a Military family that is strugling. My wife is an Army Combat Military Police Officer who is serving our country in Baghdad, Iraq patrolling the streets as Truman Foreclosure steals $1200.00 dollars from our family. We have two 4 year old twin girls who have to suffer now that these thieves at Truman Foreclosure are stealing from us.

The law firm of Airan2, Airan-Pace & Crosa, P.A. has been working diligently on obtaining mortgage modifications for clients over the past year. Our Firm has received over 500 mortgage modifications for our clients and continues to do so each day. Mr. Daniel from Las Vegas, Nevada was a client that initially we hired a subcontractor, Truman Foreclosure Assistance, LLC, to work on the modification.
The notes indicate that Mr. Daniel's file was opened in March 2009 and the client was contacted by our receptionist who opened the file and then forwarded to the mitigator assigned to the file. Although the client states that his financial situation changed after two months, during that initial two months, client was contacted numerous times to send the necessary documents that would need to be submitted to the bank to start processing the modification. Client was contacted in March four times, in April four times, and again in May. When his financial situation changed in May, he immediately started asking for a refund. The client never provided the accurate financial information necessary to truly pursue his modification as is standard for all of our modification files.
Initially, our subcontractor had made the decision to send out termination letters to specific clients due to lack of accurate information being provided. Mr. Daniel was one of the recipients of this letter.
This law firm took back the file on July 4, 2009 from Truman in order to provide better customer service to all of our clients. We are committed to serving our clients and working hard to provide the best possible solution for all of our clients. As to Mr. Daniel specifically, my office has tried to call and email Mr. Daniel on several occasions that we are ready, willing, and able to work on his modification and WANT to help him and his family. We recently sent him a letter stating what documents we still needed from him in order to complete his loan modification and work on his file. If we don't hear from him in ten days, then we will, unfortunately, have to close his file. However, this Firm is willing to talk to Mr. Daniel and work with him to put him in a better position than where he is now with his mortgage.
I await Mr. Daniel's call to work together to achieve a Solution for him and his family.
