TRUPANION TRUPANION - PET LOVERS BEWARE - THEY DO NO PAY CLAIMS - IT'S A SCAM SEATTLE Nationwide
These people are a total Rip-Off, they prey on Pet Lovers who want to care for their pets. All they do is collect Insurance Premium Payments and play stupid games when it comes to paying a claim.
With my situation after paying them over $200.00 per month for about a year "on time" they refused my very first claim. They claimed it to be a "Pre-Exsisting Condition" which is total BS. The treatment I paid the Vet from VCA to perform on my much loved Rottie was a condition that the dog would of died from within a month, yet Trupanion claimed that it was "Pre-Exsisting for a year", easy conclusion if it was Pre-Exsisting my Rottie would not have lived for the year since his routine check-up which VCA Boca told me his check up in 2015 that he was in good health.
Also I've been taking my Rottie to VCA Boca for his whole life, that relationship will end as well, as they promote Trupanion and were not much help with settling my claim.
Trupanion also billed my Credit Card without authorization.
Thank goodness I am financially able to pay my own Vet bills, but I was someone who depended on Trupanion I would loose my Dog because I trusted all of Trupanion's BS. Real Bait & Switch, all their ads and staff act like they really care, but they are just greedy bastards preying on consumer's love for their Pets.
The ASPCA should check these Scammers out !!!
