As part of the trusii case study I paid for an received a $10,000 H2 machine. It broke after 3 months. WIth a 2 years warranty trusii claimed they would send me a new one immediately. It has been over a year with no repair and no new machine.
IN addition, trusii was contracted to pay me a monthly check for posting on social media and answering a questionnaire, which I did and documented. They stopped paying me after 8 months. SO I have a broken $10,000 paper weight and no resolution.
Now trusii is harassing me saying I owe them money!! This is insane. Trusii claims I did not do the monthly requirements, which I did, and documented.
Trusii is a scam and does not honor their warranty and leaves customers of very expensive machines out to dry
