Complaint Review: trusii

Trusii executives Chris Charles "CK" Kennedy (albiet never an owner on paper) and Jeff Wienir Taraday are engaging in a Ponzi scheme with the trusii H2 case study. These guys are predators. They have taken advantage of people who are sick and were looking to molecular hydrogen water to help them get better.

Everything was fine for six months, but then payments started to come later and later. I started questioning this program, so I reached out to my friend who referred me. I was then sent a request to join a Facebook group. Once discussions were had with members of the group, I found out that Chris Charles "CK" Kennedy has a long history of criminal activity and trusii was his next big scam!

Trusii receives between $7,000 to $12,000, per machine purchase dependent upon which unit the case study participants chooses in exchange for feedback on how molecular hydrogen water is affecting their health.

The case study participant agrees to post their findings on a monthly basis via social media, fill out a questionnaire, leave a voicemail on their progress and send an email to care@trusii.com telling trusii what/where/when they have posted and that requirements have been fulfilled. In addition, after completing tasks, trusii would issue a check or PayPal payment to cover the monthly payment to the lender.

The first month I received my payment slightly after expected. Subsequent months were later and later and then non-existent. I reached out to my trusii contact and she stated that I did not complete all my requirements, which was not the case. I sent a rebuttal highlighting all my tasks and still got the runaround.

I was asked to do a Boast video and that trusii would pay me, which was not in my agreement email sent to me in August of 2018. I expressed my concerns that the case study was not legitimate and that trusii needed to was in breach of contract by not paying me.

At one point I started smelling mold coming from the unit and into my water bottles. I immediately stopped using the machine as toxic mold will cause major health issues. Trusii never informed me about filters or servicing of the machine. When I inquired with my POC, she stated that I had to send an email to service@trusii.com.

I sent numerous follow up emails to that address and her with the co-founder, Jeff Wienir Taraday cc'd on the email chain. Come to find out there is no infrastructure whatsoever at trusii (no service, legal, or shipping department) and no intent to collect information about case participants reaction to H2. Furthermore, trusii does not sell filters on their site, nor do they have any in stock to ship out to particpants.

Trusii has scrambled to change the language on their website (case study requirements, H2 machine PPM claims, etc.) for the last two months. They now have verbiage on their site that states that the case study is closed, however, you can still apply on an in-bedded page. Also, they are still selling the units and there are no filters available for sale. 

If you are a trusii case study participant, just know that there are over 500+ people in our Facebook group, How to Save Yourself from Trusii. Jeff has threatened a number of people with defamation lawsuits based upon honest reviews they have posted online. Trusii can and will not sue for defamation.

They have most recently stated that they would report negative information to credit bureaus to damage people's credit history. Futhermore, have tried to extort money from people via email and then snail mail, stating that case study participants owe trusii money for not completing requirements. This is entirely false, as people have been completing requirements, but trusii has not, and has no intention of paying people.

It is not ethical for trusii to take people into the case study if they cannot pay their bills. This is fraud.
