Tim arrived at my house for a quote after contacting him through Thumbtack, he took some measurements for a simple dog run enclosure. He said he would have it done in three weeks needed half for materials so I wrote him a $350.00 dollar check.
Install date came and went, sending a few texts Tim said he had equipment trouble and needed another week, we setup a 3rd time for Tim to show up and install my simple dog run and he was incapable of keeping that appointment. Asking for a refund he ceased all communication, would no longer pickup the phone.
